Downtown Circulation Study

The Lewiston-Clarkston Downtown Circulation Plan, completed in 2011, provides an evaluation of the existing transportation network, projections of future land uses, recommendations for improvements, and guidelines for design.  This plan is intended to guide physical solutions and compliment other mechanisms, plans, and policies that provide the foundation upon which the downtowns will operate, grow, and redevelop.  Sensitivity to and appreciation of the various, sometimes conflicting, needs of different modes of transportation is a key component of the plan.
